First or Second Generation Immigrant Leaders?

I'm really interested that you work with first and second generation leaders. I'd like to ask you, how do you feel being first or second generation is an dvantage or disadvantage? Oh, we cante talk about this all day, but hell be very omos. It's really intresing. A paradox. When i look back, 90 % of my pat managers are ex imigrant leaders. And yet, like if we lookd at people who are realy lit on the top eective, there mostly non imigrants. Though for me personally, there are a few three faces that ishoping through, as i mentioned a growing time.
