Product Management - What's the Difference?
Sales has a very different perspective for what they're trying to accomplish, right? They have objectives at their hitting and a different perspective on the product than product people do. Yet hedifferent perspectives are very important. I found overtime that sales were often some of my most valuable relationships to have because they gave me access to customers. We use our own tool like user voice. A user voice not only collects feedback from ind users, but more than 50 % of the feedback is coming from internal team members.
