The upside from hiring a great CEO is really really limited your downside from hiring the wrong one is really big it's painful to hire the wrong one so inevitably i mean as a finance person you look at that kind of pay of structure risk reward profile and you go well i will rationally be conservative right i'll rationally be very very careful.
