Is Your Bed the Place of Sleep?

Don't stay in bed awake. Try to set your bedroom temperature to somewhere between about 63 to 66 degrees for most people, it's optimal. If you have a cup of coffee at noon, quarter of that cafine is still circulating in your brain at midnight. And even if you're some one who can fall asleep fiand asleep, you should just know that kafine can still impact your sleep cycle. It's what usually creates the vicious cycle by the way that those people will wake up unrefreshed and unrestored next day.
