I think engagement is having a very hard time since the, so. A lot of people obviously, you know, they interact, especially when they're remote,. They interact in specific ways, whether they're using teams or Zoom or Slack or whatnot. So there's lots of communication channels that potentially have some signals to how they are doing. However, there are some, I would say hidden signals that you don't necessarily get.
