The End of Absolute Poverty

The end of absolute poverty was just a step. The new term is create a moderately prosperous society for all people. And that takes not just more wealth, the creation of more wealth, but better distribution. That's where this third round distribution comes in here in China. We don't know how the US should distribute. But here in China, we are up to a point where we need to rethink how we are going to use all the wealth that's been created over three to four decades.
