Ssonsy really shifted from mainly participating in auction processes, supplementing it with bysight advisers now filling out the direct. The reason we want a move to be more self sufficient in creating our own direct heel flow is in response to these auction processes and cellside mandates that come across. At have just in recognition that soft word multiples have gone up so much,. especially 21 this year, 20 22, s all a different ies. A lot of crazy stuff happened out there, but we were still able to get several transactions done last year despite expanding multiple environment.
