Recruiting With Your Ears, Not Just Your Eyes
I think character development is an extremely important component of what we do. We have to bring in great people and I always tell our guys, make sure we ask questions. And again, I use that term recruiting with our ears is extremely important. It's very easy as a recruiter. You have a lot of time invested in a player and you really want this to work out. But it just simply comes down to let's coach guys that we really want to coach.
