Human Capital, or the Human Asset?

People should be seen as an investment humans, the same way that t marketing can be treated as a cost at the bullersandand i'll add to that. When you're actively un investing or disinvesting in your people and undermining their sense of perceived value in the organization, that is going to be a big driver for people to leave. Most people aren't leaving because of money per se um. They're leaving for a variety of other reasons that we can build into the employee experience and help people to have more meaningfull and engaging types of jobs with meaning and purpose.
