Play Testing

When does that process start right away before it even works, or do you have like a threshold you meet before you start putting in front of yourself and then other folks? I pretty much have started play testing as soon as I can. Like the first iteration in the engine, I'm going to compile it and run it and just walk around to get a feel for it. It also depends on fully like our dev pipeline, which has changed quite a bit in the last month or so. For the most part, you know, you want to keep people involved while you're working on it too.
