I think often the control word that sits in the job title financial controller yeah is actually quite negative and does make it harder for some people as they go up through those queer roots to sort of engage and to do the partnering. I think a particular PE level with CFOs parachuted into organizations they can just be seen as the spy of the PE house and not really part of the team at all, so from my perspective that's disastrous. For me this is a really personal challenge around having one-to-one conversations with the CFOs which I do and all of our portfolio companies buy into this is a good line of communication where they probably are a little bit more honest
