Eric Denies Corey's Request to Purchase and Flip the McMansion From Hell
Eric Richins denied his wife's request to purchase and flip the McMansion from hell. The two were fighting so much about it that Eric decided he would just go ahead and pretend to buy the house. He had zero intention of closing on this house. On March 4th, 2022, Eric is found dead. Corey told dispatch she had performed CPR prior to their arrival but there was blood dripping from Eric's mouth and his body was seemingly untouched. They did not believe that she had performing CPR on her husband.
