Xactly how did you think about the financing of it knowing that you want to go down the road and do acquisitions? Zero debt. We just did 100% equity financing. Again, it was a $49 million equity check and a 700 million plus fund. So now you've got these two businesses. You did mention you're going to keep Colby, but everyone else has to go.
