The Risk of Bleeding in Patients on Oral Anticoagulants
Ticagrel and Prasagrel both associated with marginally lower recurndischemic events. Some patients have this funny dyspnea reaction, Brady arrhythmia is reported to be a possible side effect of the anticoagulants. And so there are cost issues if they're having that or even at three months on clopidogrel for their chronic therapy,. That will be their P2Y12 treatment in some cases. But I feel like a lot of people would not do that because it's very expensive.
