Is It a Good Idea to Make the Private Sector Deliver Better?

The world bank has done a lot of efforts into that direction. But to my mind, we haven't had yet successful examples where this distribution of risks work better for the public purse. The idea is to use these peepy pees every so in a sense, there is also a question of the public good here. Whether the government, governments around the world, ar not equipped to provide, or to meet the social contracts with its citizens by providing good quality public services through public investment,. as opposed to imposing usurpees and and risking tipita investments.
