iam trying to move out of san diego and probably move back to where i grew up in missouri, get a couple of acres, and try to get ahead of this thing. I've put a few offers on places that have, you know, i've gotten outbid twice now, so we'll see. But i just think that there's a much better chanc for me if i move then to try to make this work. Interest rates are rising too. So a lot of the people selling houses don't want to lower the prices because they don't feel that they need to. And yet, the interest rates, as they go up, afford ability, it makes it
