Is Your Life a Full Time Writer?

A lot of people coming in to say the author life, they think that the job is writing full time. And we will often hear, those of us who are full time writers, will hear things like, well, you're not a real full time writer because you don't all the time. The proof is in the output, really. So if something took you 80 hours to write or took you one hour, it doesn't really matter. But i think getting caught up in what other people think about you as a writer is a trap.
