How to Talk to Yourself About Mental Health
Mind tricks was an Instagram page I started to post stories from athletes about dealing with different mental health things. People were telling me that they really enjoyed reading them and it helped them so I thought if we had like a central place where I could keep sharing those and then encourage other athletes to share that could be like a fun thing to do. We ended up doing a project within Red Bull with a lot of the athletes and artists and stuff to just have more conversations around mental healthnow we've done some Instagram lives where we'll have athletes come in and just have a discussion about it. The goal is to get more conversations going and make it more of a normal conversation.
