The Benefits of Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Troubled People

Caleb: I think the therapeutic can come into somebody if it's done correctly. One of my biggest struggles throughout my previous career with this has been what used to be the big sort of way to do this was in talk therapy. A lot of that's been moving more to cognitive behavioral therapy now, where in a lot of ways it's given life skills. They're taught to not filter every outward reaction they have to somebody else's behavior through their emotions,. It's the most theologically aligned version of therapy out there.
