Today’s episode marks the last in our series of interviews at Active Escapes Bali, where we have been sitting down and picking apart the brains of some of the BEST athletes in Australia. Our last, but not least interviewee is the incredible Amanda Bisk. Amanda is a professional pole-vaulter, she has represented Australia on multiple occasions, including at the Commonwealth Games in 2010. She is an exercise physiologist, a yoga instructor, and a pilates instructor AND owns the fitness app, Fresh Body Fit Mind.

Amanda walks us through getting an unexpected diagnosis that changed EVERYTHING, why she couldn’t bring herself to watch the 2012 Olympics and how she came back so brilliantly from rock bottom to absolutely NAIL her career.
