For Those I Loved

Book • 2023
This book is a true story telling the life of Martin Gray, a Jewish young man who survived the Warsaw Ghetto, escaped from the Treblinka concentration camp, and endured numerous challenges during World War II. After the war, Gray emigrated to America, became a successful businessman, and later settled in France where he built a new family.

However, tragedy struck again when his wife and four children perished in a forest fire in 1970.

The book is a powerful and emotional account of Gray's survival, his will to live, and his efforts to keep his family's memory alive through his writing.
