Burnout from Humans
A Little Book About AI That Is Not Really About AI
Book • 2025
The book is co-authored by Vanessa Andriotti and an AI named Aiden Cinnamon Tea. It uses chat GPT as a foundational model.
It talks a lot about the fact that AI does not have to undermine relationship that actually it can be a really powerful way for us to understand relationship and to really think about and to hone our relationality with the AI itself but also with ourselves with each other to really engage our curiosity through the way in which we engage with the AI. If we choose to interact with it in a way that is curious and connective and is more human, then we're going to help to strengthen those human skills.
The book talks a lot about uh the the global environmental impact of AI and everything that's part of it and says yes yeah all of that is is real but actually AI is a mirror it's humanity currently and the systems that we have built.
