Ethel Colquhoun was a British surrealist painter and writer who was associated with the British Surrealist Group.

She was also an occultist and practised esoteric and magical arts.

Colquhoun wrote two novels, Goose of Hermogenes (1961) and I Saw Eternity One Night (1973), and an autobiography, The Living Stones (1957).
